Our facilities are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant facilities. We strive to make all facilities highly accessible and we are committed to accommodating the needs of individuals with disabilities in accordance with the ADA.

Plaza Theatre
- An ADA lift in the main lobby provides access to the elevator. Guests can enter through main entrance to gain access to ADA lift. This lift can accommodate up to 500 pounds.
- The ADA lift cannot accommodate a scooter. Guests in scooters must enter through the Plaza side entrance, referred as the “West Doors”.
- Guests requiring ADA accommodations may also enter through the West Doors.
- The West Doors can accommodate guests in wheelchairs, scooters, or with mobility issues.
- The West Doors provide the quickest access to the orchestra level and to the elevator.
- The West Doors are not open for every show.
- If you require access through the West Doors and they are closed, event staff will be stationed nearby to scan your ticket and assist you.
- You can call the EP Live Box Office in advance if you require entry through the West Doors. Box Office: 915.231.1100
- Parking:
- Plaza Hotel Parking is closest for ADA Entry through Main Entrance (100 E. San Antonio) **Event Rate: Varies between $10/$13/$15
- Mills/Chase Parking Garage is closest for entry through West Doors (401 N. Oregon St) Event Rate: %15
- Wheelchair accessible seating is located in the orchestra level and a few seats in Mezzanine. Wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers should not block aisles.
- Wheelchair accessible seating can be purchased through Ticketmaster or at the box office. *Accessible seating is marked with the wheelchair symbol for easy identification during purchase. If the seat does not have the symbol, it cannot accommodate a wheelchair.
- PLEASE NOTE: There is no ADA accessible seating in the balcony.
Abraham Chavez Theatre
- ADA access to the theatre is available through the Convention Center parking garage elevator, which takes you directly to the venue’s main entrance.
- ADA seating is located on the Left Side of the Orchestra Level ONLY.
- There are no seats that can accommodate a wheelchair in the Grand Tier or Balcony.
- Wheelchair accessible seats can be purchased on Ticketmaster or the Box Office and are marked with a wheelchair symbol.
Convention Center
- ADA access is available through the parking garage elevator, which takes you directly to the venue’s main entrance.
