Oculto Film Fest 2024 is an independent horror and fantasy film festival dedicated to showcasing the best in genre cinema from around the world. Focused on supporting emerging filmmakers, the festival offers a diverse lineup of over 200 short films, masterclasses, pitch sessions, and special events. This year, Oculto Film Fest will be held in El Paso, Texas, from October 4-6, and in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, from October 11-13, with a special broadcast during Halloween weekend.
