How to Exchange as a Broadway Season Ticket Holder

Click on Sign In tab in the top right and log in. Should use the e-mail address on file with Broadway in El Paso. If the first time logging in, then click on Sign Up at the bottom of the login screen to register the email.

Click on My Events in the upper left. Then click on Select Event

Click on More on the right hand side which will open the Exchange tab

Click on Exchange

Select the seats to be exchanged (desired seats to exchange should now have a checkmark). Click on the Continue button

Click on Select Event next to the performance date/time desired.

Click on map, scroll in, allow available seats to load, select new desired seats, click on cart in the upper right corner, and click Continue

Check order and price difference any. Click Next or Continue and finalize exchange
