El Paso’s Original and Largest Craft Beer Festival is Back in 2019

El Paso Live is proud to announce the return of El Paso’s original and largest craft beer event, Sun City Craft Beer Festival, powered by iHeartMEDIA and presented by El Paso Festivals, Inc. The event will brew up some fun on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 1PM – 8PM (Noon for V.I.P. ticketholders) and Sunday, March 31, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. (12 p.m. for V.I.P. ticketholders) at the downtown Convention Center Plaza.

The festival will feature over 170 local and regional craft beers to taste, an indoor Sports Bar and Liquor Lounge and an upgraded V.I.P. Experience. Festival attendees will receive a commemorative mug (while supplies last) to fill up with craft beers and specialty ciders available in the beer gardens.

“We are celebrating our sixth year of hosting the Sun City Craft Beer Festival. Last year we added an extra day to the event, and it was so highly attended, we are bringing back the two-day festival again in March,” said Bryan Crowe, General Manager of El Paso Live. “Thanks to the support of our event sponsors, breweries, local companies and the community, we look forward to making this year’s beer fest better than ever,” Crowe said.

Nahum Avila, Sun City Craft Beer Festival creator said, “I am really excited and proud to show what we have ready for this year’s festival. What was once a dream has now become the largest craft beer festival in El Paso, a quality event that our community deserves to have. This event belongs to El Paso and has set marks around the Nation and with breweries that are excited to be a part. Last year, the event was a sold-out on Saturday and I am positive this year we will break records again,” Avila said.

Other event fun features include live music, local food vendors, live brewery lessons, giant foosball, trash can pong, cornhole and more.
